    @tiddoo

    If there was no disc present in the case then there is no other recourse other than to try again to get this resolved via your retailer, Tesco in this case.

    I have had a chat with EA customer service and was given my consumer rights. I have forwarded this to Tesco, so hopefully I'll get this sorted.
