    @tiddoo

    If there was no disc present in the case then there is no other recourse other than to try again to get this resolved via your retailer, Tesco in this case.

So I've been on the phone to Tesco and I have visited there store. On the phone I was told I have to visit the branch, and the branch are telling me that there is nothing they can do. Even after having a chat with EA who advised me to go back to the store and explained my consumer rights, Tesco are still not accepting liability. I am fuming
