Same problem here. Unlocked every other gold attachment for the M1907 SF, but the muzzle is still locked.
I too got a duplicate gold plated iron sights in the first and second Mastery Assignment.
hope this gets fixed soon. It took me a long time and caused a lot of frustration to get the final unlock. Having to kill 20 enemies while attacking an objective in a round. And now it feels incomplete with the muzzle not available.
