How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Lose connection to EA Online when you unlock equipment.
What happens when the bug occurs? Rank rewards do not unlock in your company.
What should be happening instead? Unlock the equipment
When I reached higher rank level, it showed me equipment unlock. I checked on my company, it said Rewarded At Rank XX, but even i am higher than Rank XX now, it doesn't unlock. And then I checked on the rank rewards, it shows Added To Your Company. I didn't notice i didn't get any rewards or unlock days later. And I can tell the problem happens when you lose connection to EA Online. It happened a couple days ago. Although I can still played the game but it just kept saying I lost connection to EA until i redownloaded the game. These are the screenshots of parts of the bugs.
