- @sowhat713 It might be that the award hasn't been communicated correctly, and you can try playing another round to completion in case this prompts the award server (make sure you stay on the same server until after the next match begins). It might also be worth checking the Armory if you haven't already.
If all else fails, open a case at help.ea.com.
