Missing Online Access BFV

Question

So today I decided to install Battlefield V. I haven't played it in well over one year if not two. But when I tried accessing multiplayer it stated that my account has been banned from accessing any online features. This did come as a surprise as I've never once cheated in any of the battlefield titles. But what is even more strange is that when I then go to the "My Ban History" section of help.ea - it says I have no ban/suspension history. So I went and installed Battlefield 4 to try and see if I was banned there as well. But no, It's only in Battlefield V.

What exactly has happened and will I be able to play Battlefield V multiplayer again?

I have tried to start a case with EA support but it's seemingly impossible due to my issue not being represented in their FAQ. Their "@EAhelp" account on Twitter that is provided haven't posted since 2020. I've never liked EA but this might be the worst user experience I've ever had to sit through.

Hi @aIbertobaIsalm You can contact the ToS team to appeal the ban. The guide below should explain the process:

EA Help can also raise an appeal with the ToS team on your behalf, but they can't investigate the situation or unban you themselves.
