Community ManagerApologies, on further investigation I found this is a known issue we are working on resolving currently.
We ask for your patience until we have this fixed.
Its been 3 weeks now and I have not been able to access any online features in this game.
Why do problems always happen with EA?
Wow there is a solution buy the game! I believe that's exactly what EA wants you to do ... I am so close to never touching an EA game for life. They do not help, they are not informed, they lack common sense, and yet they continue to sell a trail that does not work....
