Missing online access with steam EA play sub

Hey all, I cant reach the EA live chat for some reason, so 
I've bought an EA sub through steam and the game says missing online access, I've tried turning off dx 12, creating new windows user and the problem still persists, I've played the game for more than 200 hours on the same EA acc with xbox gamepass sub, but with steam it won't work
