missing PROFSAVE profile

hi im new to battlefield 5 unfortunately im unable to launch the game as in the settings folder im missing the PROFSAVE profile  i have exactly zero idea how to create or get one

      I have the same Problem, but maybe they just dont care. If anyone fixed it and sees this, pls reply

    @EA_Darko ı have +150h in bf5.It kicked me out of the game last night, but I didn't get any crash message. When I try to open the game again, the game opens, but the screen appears slightly white as it opens, but then it closes again by itself. I verified and repaired the game's files more than 20 times, deleted and reinstalled (after deleting and reinstalling, I repaired the files 10 more times) but it does not open, please help.
