Have you checked inside the Armory?
It doesn't give you a message or anything they are just added into your account.
Try and Validate the Game files, That will make sure you have all the newest files.

- Yeah, I've been checking armory constantly but no dice. I'm currently at 59 CC. Also repaired the game if that's what you mean by "validate the game files". This blows.
