Missing Special Class Assignments

Question

Hello, I contacted EA Help and opened 3 support tickets, all of which were marked as resolved, but unfortunately, the issue still persists when I enter my BF 5 game. I don't know what to do anymore. In most community posts, it was said that EA Help helped and resolved the issue, but unfortunately, the problem couldn't be resolved for me. I will leave some screenshots below. Not being able to receive Special Assignments is starting to annoy me. Do you still have such a problem?

@Strider0628 Before going back to EA Help, quickly double check The Armory first. Potentially they may have made the assignments available for you to claim from there.

Also, you should have received responses when your previous cases were resolved, so it might be worth going over them to see what EA Help say they did.

I contacted customer support through live chat this time, and surprisingly, they resolved all my issues in 15 minutes. After I mentioned the missing assignments, they said they added them, and the matter was closed. I logged into my game and saw that the Special assignments had arrived. I wish I had contacted live support instead of sending an email earlier; I wouldn't have had to deal with issues for so long. I hope this helps everyone.

Hello&nbsp;@Strider0628,I fully understand your issue, unfortunately nobody on the forums can assist you or help you out in resolving the issue. The only way that you will be able to fix this is by contacting EA support and explaining the situation in detail. Don't let the EA agents close your case before they resolve your issue, check your game after they say they have fixed it.&nbsp;Best regards,danisoff
