Missing weapon from in game menu

Summarize your bug some weapons are not showing up in the menu, thus weapons are inaccessible.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go into my account, to my company, assault class, weapons, hit replace weapon, 11 total weapons, but only 9 are in the menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? cannot see some weapons in the menu.
What should be happening instead? display all 11 weapon that allows unlock and use.

Now i have 40k+ cc but the weapon can no longer be found in the weapon menu, thus the weapon cannot be unlocked.

i have contacted the support which told me to play about 6-7 games to force a sync which totally did not solve the issue, as i have played quite a bit last night.

Just noticed the recon weapon is also 9/10, there is one weapon missing as well, a bolt action rifle.
