Hello. I had something that sounds like this and I searched google but couldn’t find much. However I did find that you could:
1. Try disabling the origin in game overlay
2. Make sure raw mouse input is disabled
3. Try turning off the future frame rendering setting in the advanced options
4. I did this one myself and it fixed the problem for me. Try turning off DX12.
I can’t really say much else unless you can reply with a video of the problem but hopefully these solutions work for you as they did for me.
