Mouse sensitivity changes in match

My mouse sensitivity changes while I am in the match.

If i have a low framerate it affects my mouse sensitivity,

the fewer the frames the lower the mouse sensitivity.

I play a lot of shooter games but that is the only game where it happens. When i got 140 fps my mouse feels perfect but when it gets less the mouse feels slow and not precise.

It has been like that since  the last update.
