Multiplayer Career stats not updating on in game profile!

My profile page in game is not updating. My in-game profile appears as LVL 183 but when I jump in a multiplayer game session I'm lvl 187 which is my actual career progress. 

Why isn't the profile getting updated?

I contacted EA and they say this is a bug for which they cannot offer any support and asked me to reach out for help here...

Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated🙂

    @nko35 This has indeed been a problem for the last couple weeks. As of monday it seems to be fixed. Keep playing and once you rank up again, your ingame profile should update.
