Battlefield V crashing on start up

So I'm not really sure what's going on. But I just reinstalled the game and every time I launch it, the game runs at like 30 fps in the menu and it has HDR on. My monitor does not support HDR and it is disabled in my settings on Windows 11. So any time I try to turn HDR off the game crashes. Any time I try to set it to windowed mode, it crashes. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.
I have the game installed on a hard drive as I do not have anymore space on my SSDs.

PC Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600XT
16GB DDR4 3600 MHz
GTX 1080 TI 11GB GDDR5X
Samsung 128GB SSD (Boot drive)
Patriot 240GB SSD (Extended storage)
Toshiba 500GB HDD (Extended storage)

I am unable to find any other thread of anyone else having the same issue as me.
