My account was banned by mistake I need help.

I believe in justice.
  Hi, I'm nuckey, from China.I am an avid fan of fps type games。I've been playing Battlefield 5 for 3 years now，It was also because of this game that I learned that there was a game studio in the world by the name of dice。
  In 3 years of playing Battlefield 5, I have not used any cheats!Because I've always thought it was shameful to use a cheating program in a game。
  But it was about six hours ago that I found out that my ea account was banned by you guys without any explanation, and I just can't take it!  Because just last night I played 4 hours of Battlefield 5 and all the features worked fine!  I can't think of any reason why I should be banned.
 I'm guessing my account was banned by mistake.I thought I'd give my reasons for being blocked by mistake.Last night I was playing Battlefield 5 at an internet cafe, and another previous user of this computer I was using, used a cheat program, or some kind of program, I don't know what, which led to the unsuspecting me being banned from the system when I logged into my ea account, and that's the only reason for the ban that I can think of。
  I really love this game, please don't be so hard on me, my grandfather used to be a WWII veteran and as a kid he used to tell me stories from the battlefield, and ever since then I've loved fps and games with a WWII vibe.Until I came across Battlefield 5, which I simply love!
  I'm sure ea will be a great studio!I believe that every staff member of ea is full of justice and you will never wrong a loyal player.
  I hereby request that the ea staff unban my account, if not please at least let me know the exact reason why I was banned!Because I'm very attached to this account.
  Also, I'm looking forward to the sale of your next game Battlefield 6 more than anyone else, please make it available as soon as possible, you have no idea how much I'm looking forward to 6!
