My account was banned for no reason

I went to play Battlefield 5 and received a message that my account was banned, I don't know the reason for the ban, I sent a message to support and so far no response

    @EA_Lanna This is ridiculous, I am banned for no reason and support does not respond to me, this is a disregard for the consumer

      Did you reach out to our Terms of Service team or our Support team? I shared a link to a guide above that will help you connect to the correct team. Please, open the guide and review the steps.

      Once you send in an appeal to our Terms of Service team, they'll reach out to you through email once they've had a chance to review your message and look into things for you.

        I'm gunna just look into the future. Ummm I can see it .... yup here it comes. Ok the email will ready we investigated thoroughly and the ban is upheld, but hey here is a link to the same dispute page you were just on so you can lodge another dispute that we will reject. 

        @Koreto let me know how close I was once you do get that email 🙂 and my commiserations to you (because I know what's coming)
