My battlefield 5 is launching in offline and it's making me select brightness

My battlefield 5 is launching in offline and it's making me select brightness and audio input. I've got help from support but it doesn't fix it, every single time we get to the "restart" your pc part they never come back.

    What troubleshooting have you done? @nixstones

    For items not saving it means there is a program that is most likely blocking BFV from saving in your Document folder. Do you use one drive /google drive?

    @nixstones Same problem here, nowbody respond me and other players with the same problem around the globe.
    Its not a local problem or from the player pc.
    From the lastest update of Origin a few days ago happen this sh*t

    Can't play BF 5 and BF 1

    I had a simlar problem fixed it by going to documents and deleting the hole BF5 folder once i opened it again the folder reappeared and it was fixed
