My son’s account can’t connect to ea online on BFV

I have game pass and my account is logged into my son’s Xbox giving him access to game pass. He has never been able to play BF V under his account though. Today I found a thread that mentions BFv is ...

Does the game work when you try playing it with your account. Also, have you tried talking with EA support?
