My son’s account can’t connect to ea online on BFV

I have game pass and my account is logged into my son’s Xbox giving him access to game pass. He has never been able to play BF V under his account though. Today I found a thread that mentions BFv is not shareable so I bought the game on his account. Still doesn’t work. Says “failed to connect to EA online”. I have confirmed his family settings are completely unlocked. I am completely lost on this. EA hasnt helped me much on this. Please help!!!

    Does the game work when you try playing it with your account. Also, have you tried talking with EA support?
