Hi DADAFOREVER,
I'm very sorry, but the only people who can overturn a ban are EA's Terms of Service team via their appeal process (this is the guide to the appeal process: https://help.ea.com/uk/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/). All we can unfortunately do here is recommend that you continue trying to appeal with the ToS team, although there will regrettably be a point where they will no longer accept appeals if multiple unsuccessful ones have been made.
Also, it's worth stating the bans can be applied for more than just cheating. For example using hate speech in chat or a bank applying a chargeback are also things that can lead to bans (N.B. I'm not saying either are applicable here as I have no knowledge of the ban reason). However, there should have been a general reason listed in the notification email and in the account ban history.
Thank you for your understanding but my son does not swear or use racist terms, much less for a game and I am sure of this.
He is a new player who finishes the game for example 4 to 11 and for this reason I cannot understand the ban.
I believe that EA after having purchased a game does not care at all if their systems are wrong, as in this case.
I am really angry because it is an absurd and unilateral position, it would be enough to read his games to realize it
