Missing mastery assignments

I'm missing the mastery assignment for my assualt class in battlefield v. I haven't even received any of the assignments from any of the other classes either.

I contacted ea help the first person said he fixed it for me and I had to do was play 1 full game but nothing changed

The second ea help person said to try reinstalling my whole game and it didn't work

I've logged in and out of ea, I've tried playing different game modes.

And I now can't even talk to anyone at ea help because there advisor's no longer answer to the topics of the issues I'm having on battlefield v

All I want is to have acsses too my assignments for my classes to get the cosmetics from them.

Please help

    Hi there, this error can usually be fixed by an advisor, as they can add the assignment to your account. If they added and it didn't work the first time after playing a couple of rounds, please try contacting EA Help again. If you're not getting the option to chat again, please try using your browser in incognito mode.

    How do I get it to actually be supported by advisors? I tried going incognito mode by it told me when I submitted the issue to ea help that it wasn't supported by advisors and to check the forums

    It won't let me talk to advisors it just says to me that it's not supported by them

    If you're signed into your account, these steps might work for contacting EA Help:

    • Select "Menu".
    • Choose "See all" next to "Help by game".
    • Search for BFV and select it. 
    • Scroll to the very bottom of the page and there should be a "Contact us" option.

    This message might have appeared because of the product and subject selected. Please try the steps as advised by Elliot, if these don't work, then please try selecting "EA Account" as a product and "I want to update my EA account information" as the subject. That should allow you to speak to an advisor.

    Thank you, I just really hope this works I've been playing battlefield most my life on ps4 1 year on bf4 2 years on bf1 and bfv and a bit of 2042 aswell and I just got bfv on pc and I really wanna love it and play and expireince it the same way I did back then. Thank you for helping me

    Hey Backhandbow2​, the EA Help website has just been updated and I want to make sure you get the correct information. I will leave here some detailed instructions on how to reach EA Help support via chat now with the new interface: 

    • Access this link
    • Scroll down to the page and select "Contact Us" 

       

       

    • Then in the tell us about your issue section, select "Update EA Account"
    • Once you select that, continue to fill in the form, and after you click submit, you should see a Chat with us option at the bottom of the next page:
