My steam account is linked to another EA account that is no longer in use

Hello everyone,

I had bought Battlefield V on steam and I had fun with it a while back but then I had not played it for a while now. So recently I went back to play Battlefield V again and whenever I start the game it gives me an error about "something went wrong linking your account" I forgot you needed EA app for linking, so I created a new EA Account and I tried linking my steam account with EA account but it says "only one account can be linked for a lifetime? the account I linked it with was my very old email that is no longer in use... because my steam account was hijacked a while back but after I verified my steam account with steam support they game back my steam account to me after they told me to create a new email to use with steam and so I changed emails... so that older email account was put to death so to speak. so now I can not play battlefield V because the email linked to it is no longer up and I can not access it because its compromised but I still have my steam account and the game is downloaded but I cannot play it because EA wont allow me to link a new EA account with steam. what do I do to fix this problem?
