So basically I was wanting to get ahold of someone who can help me with an issue on battlefield V and that is when I try to play the game and I click on one of the game modes to go into a multiplayer match it tells me it's not available to me as trial player even though I'm playing on the full game not a trial version and I installed it from EA Play on Xbox from game sharing with my brother and here's a picture to show what I'm talking about
They attempted to perform the same old troubleshooting steps but i told them i have done all of them and won't be repeating. I asked them to escalate and review account status and told them to check trial status for the game. I will update if progress is made WhosPrimeChaos
So I should talk to Xbox support then for battlefield V? I'll go check with them hopefully there able to fix it
This is something Xbox Live support will need to assist you with. It relates to permissions on your Xbox accounts. They just need to remove the trial status, basically.
Yeah I don't know what's going on tbh I was literally talking to an advisor and she tried everything on her end but nothing was working and she told me to post here to see if there was anyone else that could help but I also long ago installed this game before and was able to play it but then I deleted it one day to make space for another game and then months go by and I wanted to play it again and it just told me I couldn't play anything but single player cause nothing was available to me since I was a "battlefield V trial player"
This issue is so common I can't believe EA is not resolving. I have the same problem and can't play with my son. Game sharing has worked great for all other titles, including Battlefield 1, 2042 etc. This is the ONLY one that doesn't work.
