new update has messed up my bf 5

I updated the battlefield 5 on monday and now I cant go online and I'll I get and see is id_sparta_action_select and it's really poor now ! I love this game and dont want to delete the data because I...

    @superguinness Power cycle your system. Restart. Open game. Wait. Junk will show the id_sparta message and you will have two grey blocks you can select. Don’t select. Wait about 1-2 minutes. Click the grey block on the left. It should already be highlighted by default. Next screen do not click anything. There is another grey block but it will cancel. Just wait. Don’t click. It should load the update fixing your issue. Good luck. It worked for me.
