You should be finding these Airlifts under your Armory, under Shipments.
If you have the Deluxe Edition, you will have access to 20 Airlifts. However, they do not all appear at once, they will appear over the course of 20 weeks.
If you feel that you have not received them, you can contact EA Support, and they should be able to assist you with this.
