No Assault Proficiency I Assignment shows up.

Summarize your bug I leveled up my Assault class to 20 as one of the first things I did while playing the game. I then find out I should have gotten an Assault Proficiency I Assignment. I noticed this when I finally leveled up my Medic to 10, and then looked it up. I finished all the other Assault assignments including basic training.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? No Assault Proficiency I Assignment shows up.
What should be happening instead? Assault Proficiency I Assignment shows up in Assignments.

I leveled up my Assault class to 20 as one of the first things I did while playing the game. I then find out I should have gotten an Assault Proficiency I Assignment. I noticed this when I finally leveled up my Medic to 10, and then looked it up. I finished all the other Assault assignments including basic training.

    Congratulations on reaching level 20 and completing your assignments! Each Class has three Proficiency and Mastery assignments. To check to make sure you have completed your assignments just look for your rewards. 

    Assault Proficiency (I,II,III): Legs - The Paladin (GER), Legs - The Highlander (UK), Torso - The Paladin (GER), Torso - The Highlander (UK)

    Assault Mastery (I,II,III): Legs - Silver Dagger (GER), Legs - The Scottish Play (UK), Headgear - Silver Dagger (GER), Headgear - The Scottish Play (UK), Torso - Silver Dagger (GER), Torso - The Scottish Play (UK)

    Medic Proficiency (I,II,III): Legs - The Illusionist (GER), Legs - The Phantom (UK), Torso - The Illusionist (GER), Torso - The Phantom (UK) 

    Medic Mastery (I,II,III): Legs - Veiled Threat (GER), Legs - Holy Ghost (UK), Headgear - Veiled Threat (GER), Headgear - Holy Ghost (UK), Torso - Veiled Threat (GER), Torso - Holy Ghost (UK)

    Support Proficiency (I,II,III): Legs - The Gravedigger (GER), Legs - The Weatherman (UK), Torso - The Gravedigger (GER), Torso - The Weatherman (UK)
