No Battlefield V folder in Documents

Battlefield V folder shows up in C:\ but not in Documents. The only folder that shows up in the Battlefield V folder is Screenshots. There is no Settings folder or Twinkle folder.

I have to play through the intro every time I launch the game and when I finish and at the Play screen it won't connect to EA servers. I have done all of the troubleshooting steps I have seen online, in forums and have even spoken to EA support 3 different times.

If you have any issues with Battlefield, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
