No DXR option even w/ proper updates

I've done what research I can on the matter and found I needed Windows 10 (ver 1809) and nvidia driver (ver. 417.35).  I had both of these updates done already when launched BF5 and still found no DXR option(DX12 is already enabled).

So far I have performed another clean reinstall of my nvidia drivers and updated the game.  I have disabled and reenabled DX12. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the entire BF5 game.  Nothing has fixed the issue.

For the record, not sure if it matters, I'm running the EVGA 2080ti FTW3 and it is being fully recognized by system.

Has anyone else experienced this or know the solution to fix this issue?

    Hey, double check your Windows version to make sure the update applied correctly - "winkey + R" then "winver" - will show you your Windows build and version etc.

    Dxdiag log would be great... 😉

    Thanks gentlemen for the help! EA, no need to worry about this one, it was, in fact, windows 10 at fault.  The latest update had to be done manually.  The system did not fully update to 1809, and was still reading 1803 when viewed through CookieG's guild lines. Dodged this one, now to try and fix the othercissues.
