no fullscreen since last update?
So, Origin welcomed me with a update of BFV. Since I can't run it in fullscreen anymore :/ It only starts in window-mode, there is no resolution-setting and Alt+Enter won't work too. See this ...

You need to set to 0 as 1

Doesn't work either. As I said, it crashes on switching to "borderless" and it starts in a window even while the graphics-config says "fullscreen" but does not show a resolution under it. The patch didn't solve this.So, no help for a paying customer? Hello EA?
