no fullscreen since last update?

So, Origin welcomed me with a update of BFV. Since I can't run it in fullscreen anymore :/

It only starts in window-mode, there is no resolution-setting and Alt+Enter won't work too.

Aside from that I get now in-game <25fps with the same settings I had solid 60fps even on
my trusty GTX970-G1. Unplayable now. ☹️ Oh and the game crashes completely if I try to set it to "borderless" mode.
