No Ray Tracing Option in Menu

The ray tracing option is not appearing the menu for me. I have a RTX 2080, an old 4th gen i7. Drivers are up to date 417.22 using GeForce experience. I just installed the game, it popped up when I first got in game saying it needed to update, it took a few moments then I was in playing. Turned DX12 on, restarted but still no ray tracing.

I can see that Ray Tracing is turned off when optimizing in GeForce experience but I can't just turn it on through there.

Any ideas?
