No Russian language in Battlefield V

No Russian language in Battlefield V

Dear ladies and gentlemen, my name is Vladislav Arkhipov. I bought the Battlefield V game six months ago in Germany, but when installing the game there is no option to select Russian language. I bought the game on the official EA website. How can I solve the problem?
On the official website ‘ea.com’ on the ‘Battlefield V’ page there is a section ‘About the game’ which lists all supported languages, including Russian. What does that mean? I think that if the language supported by the game is listed, then when buying this product I can rely on what it says, i.e. all the listed supported languages. Or does it mean something else? Then why did I buy Battlefield 2042 with Russian language and even Russian voice acting 2 minutes apart, even though it was also bought in the EU? I really like Battlefield V, it's a top quality product, but I would like to be able to play in my native language.

    I think its solvable, unfortunately cases like this are not common, so I can't tell you with 100% certainty.

    As far as I know to get the Russian language for Battlefield V, you need to buy the game in Russian. Maybe start a ticket to get this sorted out. For help with this, please contact EA support for assistance, It does not look like we will be able to help you with it here on Answer HQ.

  • I've written to EA tech support. Thank you. I want to know if the problem is theoretically solvable? Can I get access to the Russian language in the game?

    I think its solvable, unfortunately cases like this are not common, so I can't tell you with 100% certainty.

  • @danisoff In tech support, several specialists could not help me, but one of them referred my case to escalation. What does that mean ?

    @Vint_009,

    Escalated Case means an Authorized User Case that the Product Support team has been unable to address and has passed it (escalated) to the Product Sustaining team for more in-depth technical analysis.
