No tasks after upgrading each class to max level - (Help my chinese friend)

Question

Please help my Chinese friend. He is in china, so he cannot contact the EA answer HQ directly. So, I am asking on behalf of him.

Inj battlefield V, When he upgraded all of the 4 classes to level 20, the game should have sent him the ultimate task of each classes to his account, but he cannot find the tasks. It looks like the tasks were not sent.

Hi @mwonmd311sj5 I'm sorry to say that missing items can't be provided through the forums. This is something which EA Help will need to resolve with the account holder themselves.

In this case your friend will need to find a way of contacting EA Help since they're the only ones who can assist them with the problem they're facing.

@mwonmd311sj5 These steps should give them a contact option:

- Go to help.ea.com.
- Search for "Battlefield V" and select it.
- Select the "I'm looking for something I earned" option.
- There should be either email or live chat beneath the article which will appear.
