No tasks after upgrading each class to max level - (Help my chinese friend)

Please help my Chinese friend. He is in china, so he cannot contact the EA answer HQ directly. So, I am asking on behalf of him.  Inj battlefield V, When he upgraded all of the 4 classes to level 20...

thank you for your prompt reply! Do you how I can contatc EA help? I see that the account holder must contat them himself, but I just want to ask them how my friend can contact them.

@mwonmd311sj5 These steps should give them a contact option:

- Go to help.ea.com.
- Search for "Battlefield V" and select it.
- Select the "I'm looking for something I earned" option.
- There should be either email or live chat beneath the article which will appear.
