I cannot complete the challenge of finding all the letters in Nordlys - Act 1.
I have picked up all 4 of them, but the game says i have only found 3 out of 4 letters.
I have gone trough every location many times, restarted the game, but the missing letter does not show up.

Summarize your bug War stories challenges and letters are bugged. Not showing that they're completed even though technically they are. This first happened when i started my first game in Tirailleur on Hardcore mode, and then went to complete the rest on easy, not some much getting updated or saved.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to complete the assignments required for the three unique melee weapons.
What happens when the bug occurs? Stats not being updated after countless of retries. Even though it says that it is completed in-game mission, it's not on the main menu.
What should be happening instead? Stats should be updated and saved upon completing these letters and challenges.

Were you connected to the servers when you were playing the war story? Does restarting the wary story over again fix this for you?

Hello. I've completed Nordlys on highest difficulty but the game didn't register all the letters founds. On the main page looking at Nordlys, on the left side I have it showing 7 of 14, but on the bottom I can clearly see the 14 have been found (after hours and hours and hours of scouting).
I've already closed and restarted the game/pc, restarted each act of Nordlys at various difficulty and also went back to every location of letter I could remember and saw none for pick up.

How do I reach support to fix this and get my reward?
I got the same problem but with the challenges. I got it with the challenge "rescue the resistance fighter without being discovered". It says ingame it is completed but in the menu it is incomplete. it was the last thing I did and completed in the whole act, perhaps it is what's a common problem here?
I was in touch with support too but nothing concrete on the problem except the team is aware of the problem. I also did their troubleshooting of the problem aka the twelve step program to no avail sadly. Something about sync problems between War Stories and your account. Even though multiplayer is fine.
