Not able to join multiplayer game
Hello,
Been having this issue for a week. When I start my game all is normal except no sound. Then when I go to find a multiplayer game and it puts me in a squad the screen goes black as if to load me into the game. After a few seconds it then kicks me back to the multiplayer menu and wont let me find another... I am playing on series x and was fine up until a week ago. I have unistalled and reinstalled 3 times now, once with an ethernet cable. Hoping someone has the answers as getting frustrated. This seemed to happen after purchesing an item of the battlefield store thank you to anyone that can help.

Clear cache to fix problems with your games
XBOX Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One
- Press and hold the Power button on the front of the console until it turns off.
- Unplug the power cable..
- Press the Power button on the front of your console three or four times. This drains any remaining power from the battery.
- Plug the power cable back into the Xbox.
Once you turn your Xbox back on, the cache will be cleared and you’ll be good to go.
