Not able to spawn on squadmate

Summarize your bug It happens a lot that I am not able to spawn on squadmates. It gives me the message that the spawnpoint I selected is not available anymore. While it should be available as the squadmate is not in a fight.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I think it only happens when you die at the same time (but I am not sure). And the squadmate spawns in on a flag, and then I want to spawn on him. But that is not working then. I am only able to spawn on the flag or another squadmate, but spawning on the flag will not be possible if the enemy neutralised or capped it already.
What happens when the bug occurs? It gives me the message that the spawnpoint I selected is not available anymore.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to spawn on a squadmate when he is not in combat (or out of bounds)
This bug is annoying as hell, especially when you are only in a squad of 2
