Not received Battlefield V Beta Code from Amazon

Hi, I've pre-ordered Battlefield V and Steel Book from Amazon but I've yet to receive a Beta Code. I've contacted them 3 times regarding this and now they are referring me to you guys. Can you help at all?

    Unfortunately, it's something Amazon's customer service should be able to help you out with in the first place, so I'm sorry if you got redirected to us ☹️ Beta codes for our products included in the pre-order offers are usually sent by retailers themselves.

    Having to contact three times is unreasonable (as is being sent elsewhere).

    Armed with the response from @EA_Ataashi you can now ask to escalate to the next level of Amazon support.

    Consumer support problems are usually 9/10 ignorance rather than malice, but taking it up the chain a step should cut through the jam.

    The other possibility is that they don't have their act sorted out yet ahead of next week, so they don't have long...
