The 10,000 Company coins was not related to the issue to this thread.
For the missing company coins, ranking up again in the game will reward you with any missing company coins.

Just started the game 3 days ago (only level 10 so far) and I am not receiving the 500 Company Coin per level up, despite seeing in the progression screen that I supposedly did receive it.
Still getting CC from completion of assignments, just not the 500 per level. Has happened at least 5 levels in a row now.
Yea I've been having the same issue. Except I haven't gotten any and I'm level 13 I only started playing a few days ago. It's annoying, can't put specializations on anything
Yeah I’m up to 12 or 13 now and still not getting CC for leveling up, only from daily’s/weekly’s. Extremely annoying. Some chime-in from EA staff would be lovely.
I don't receive any company coins neither after matches, nor for reaching new level. A lot of people face this problem. Does DICE can't fix it for more than a year..?
@makhach2001while we haven't received Company Coin after matches for some time now, as this was changed by Dice previously, it should be awarded for ranking up. If you're certain that the Company Coin isn't being added then it would be worth contacting EA Help:

Summarize your bug Company coins are not being awarded for each profile level-up (0-50) in multiplayer in Battlefield 5 Definitive edition. I played ps4 version 2 years ago and got to level 50 before the economics change. Now i bought PC version on new account and cant upgrade guns because of this issue.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? STR: 1. Purchase definitive edition battlefield 5 on new account. 2. Launch the game from origin 3. Enter multiplayer, open armory, observe company coins quantity 4. Play couple of matches in any mode, get to level 2 (there will be promotion on the screen during a match) 5. Exit active match, open armory again.
What happens when the bug occurs? Observe that 500 company coins for level-up are missing.
What should be happening instead? Every profile level-up awards 500 company coins.
Maybe it is somehow connected to definitive edition, because of the fact that there are other rewards for each level up (guns unlocks, vehicles, planes), but in definitive edition those rewards are available and can be used from the start.
Contacting customer support did not helped, they redirected me to this thread to create a bug.
In customer support the answer was:
I'm having the same problem. Did you buy the definitive edition upgrade?

@LobsterFried @Endenddk12 @seannoble24i @cmacdabeast I don´t know, if this is a new specific bug, but this has been a problem before for a lot of players. You could try contacting EA help . They have a way of updating you account and it might grant you the missing company coins.
Edit: Well, more and more people seem to have problems with rewards and achievments. This has happened before and it was due to the server responsible for these things not being able to keep up anymore. Do we have so many new players to the game after all the sales? 😃
If it is the same issue again, we can only wait for the server to clear things up again.
Ea does not know the seriousness of this problem.
