The 10,000 Company coins was not related to the issue to this thread.
For the missing company coins, ranking up again in the game will reward you with any missing company coins.

Summarize your bug After leveling up I receive no Company Coin, the only CC I get is from Tides of War, The Basic Training Assignments, and Daily Assignments.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy the game, level up and see if at some point you don't receive rewards for leveling up.
What happens when the bug occurs? No Company Coin is received.
What should be happening instead? I should be receiving 500CC per level before I reach level 21. (I am level 19).
I literally did the math and this and I'm not the only one with this issue on here and on Reddit. EA Help on both here and on Twitter don't want to reimburse me and I guess DICE doesn't care to fix it.
So EA just helped me via Twitter. Thank you Ezra from EA, genuinely saved my enjoyment of BFV, I'm grateful and you deserve a raise. I encourage anyone with this issue tgo keep on hitting EA, tell them what's up and get yourself your deserved coins and have fun. Again, thank you Ezra.
can you please share how they fix your problem I have the same issue,
tried the EA support via live chat, got answer to level up again and it will synchronize the cc: no worked
then I got the recomandation to post on answers.ea
and here I read to go to EA support
Don't bother. I talked to someone on EA Help twitter for half an hour only to get this at the end:
Thanks for holding. I've checked but I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to restore this for you. I can not speak for what happened to the other person's case, as I didn't handle it. Please report this one to our forums, if you haven't already.
They'll just send you back here
