Not receiving company coin

Sir I am not getting any company coin after purchasing and also after leveling up, sir please do something about it

I have contacted support twice about this already and neither one has helped me with this, I am unable to get coins and it is making this game impossible to continue playing.

    @0BSlDlAN Going out on a limb, I guess you bought the Definitive Edition and you're still below rank 21? If that's the case then the 'note' part of the info I've copied in below from the BFV FAQ is likely going to be the reason:

    "Why am I not earning Company Coin?

    This is a legacy bug that just keeps creeping back into the game, for whatever reason. It is highly recommended to play another full round and/or earn another rank, and you must also wait for the next round to begin before leaving; usually the servers will resync and reward your coins. If it has been a while and you still haven't received anything, try contacting an EA Game Advisor for more assistance (see links below). If you do decide to reach out to EA Help it is recommended that you know the amount of Company Coin you are missing.

    ** note for Definitive Edition players - There is an added bug seemingly tied to this specific edition of the game; multiple users have reported needing to reach player rank 21+ before starting to receive their level up coins - this could be due to the fact this version gives you items normally needing to be purchased with CC first. You would still be able to earn daily and weekly challenge CC as normal."

        @0BSlDlAN I suppose in that case it's a small sollice that you'll start earning them eventually. Also, in case it helps at all, there are some things you can do in the meantime to earn some CC so you can specialise a few weapons. You get CC rewards for each node you complete on the weekly tasks (every fortnight the main reward is 2000 CC too, if memory serves), the daily tasks, and completing the different difficulties on the Combined Arms missions.

      @ElliotLH Hi ElliotLH,

      so if I have the definitive edition, how am I supposed to earn the missing company coin from levels1-20. I hope that you didn't mean that I am not authorized to receive them, due to the fact that I received some items I essentially paid my real money for.

        @CptMacias You can complete the weekly challenge nodes, daily challenges, and completing the different Combined Arms difficulties once. It's a known issue where the game doesn't award them unfortunately.
