Nothing Done on console about Rapid fire

Im here writing this topic to know how i can unlock skins in my account that i cant select any designation to conclude them.

But certainly here to say that its almost shameful how EA and Dice treat questions like RAPID FIRE cheat in battlefields on console, guys its really frustrating play against these people and kill the fun for everyone, mainly the new players, i contacted the suport but its very brand and ineffective the form that you guys conduct these things, in PSN literally nothing happens reporting the profile because its IN THE GAME, last week i decided report because im boring facing this guys and recorded matches of one of them with rapid fire and uploaded and came here to report but its indignant how NOTHING does happen after this, why do guys close your eyes for this situation on consoles?? that thing kills the game for so many people, its not fun. We on console can not simply open the menu and report the player like PC players does, and when we search for that in the EA HELP the topic for this is reporting at psn... Why dont have a separeted page for this thing? I search the topic for report players and their conduct and cheat and have to send an email. After this i receveid an automatic email asking if i want to continue the case and accepted but passs day by day the and nothing happens, i log at ea help but its confused to continue the case, it shows only to send another email or click to the topic about how to report but this topic are not useful for console> The players still in the servers and lobbys making semi automatic riffles in automatic and this is HACKing and no one of the companies do something to stop this, WHY??  the games has potential, and it cant be accepted.  What i need  do to have an support? Send another email? i answered the email saying i still need suport but literaly nothing happened after this.
