It did for a few days, now it is in the rotation with the rest of the maps i think. What you can try is to go to your gamebrowser and filter on the word 'underground', if a 24/7 version is out there this will be the way to find it.
Yes I know last week I plowed through the map, breakthrough and conquest, this is a classic map for breakthrough and a frontline, but the rush game must increase the amount of tickets
