overheating bf 5

Hello

So my game is running fine during playing but always when I'm joining a game or the round ended and I want to join the next one my computer gets into the overheat area and often shuts down. Is there a way to avoid this because it's very frustrating. 

I think changing ingame settings won't help because ingame everything works fine and my pc doesn't gets into overheat area.

    @BlueSea33 

    There are lots of apps you can use to monitor your hardware, I find the easiest to use is Speccy (LINK).

    With that app, you should be able to determine if your CPU/GPU (or other) is overheating and take appropriate steps.

    I have the same overheating problem i ve done monitoring and closing all background apps. my cpu usage goes to 90% everytime i pick infantry or tank.
    This happens on every Battlefield game such as BF4 and BF2042
