Everybody will receive the airlifts in the same order with the same content, just the timing can vary.
This depends on when you acquire the Deluxe Edition.
If you purchased it on Dec 1, that's when you'd receive your first delivery, the second coming on Dec 8, then Dec 15.
If you purchased it today, you'd receive the first airlift today, then the next in a week from now.
