i have in battlefield 5 ping 30-45 but also packet loss 1-3 % how to win packet loss
i play in ps4 console connect to internet the console is connected to the Internet through a router

@Stroyno323 That test looks good. Have you tried opening the ports for Battlefield V? If not, you can find them here: http://bit.ly/Open_Ports. You can also get some help with this at www.portforward.com.

@Stroyno323 Can you check your router and see if QoS (Quality of Service) is enabled? If it's not, try enabling it.

The next thing I was going to suggest would be the google DNS servers. It sounds like you're already using those. Has this been occurring for a long time or did it just recently start?
