What did you do just before the crash happen? 

I was playing the breakthrough, I was running toward the objective A in the third sector, Arras map. (I was on the attacking team)

Does it happen in all game modes? 

Yes, it happened randomly in all game mode, in all maps. 

Does it always happen at the same action/place? 

No, it happens randomly all the time. At random action, random maps, random area, and random time. 

I am a huge BF fan. I really hope the EA could solve this issue!
