Go to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\bfv.exe
and delete DumpType value or change it to 1, coz 2 is a full dump therfor last dump so big.

U can try:

-- go to bios, ram settings and disable XMP and setup it manual
